Credit Card Fees not calcuating right

I have your Gateways Fees and Discounts option checked off. I have it set to charge the customer 4% for credit fees, and this has been working just fine for years. This fee always covers what I am later charged by Stripe.

I just had an order that was $452.38 + 114.16 shipping = $566.54 but then they added a bunch of items in the checkout through a plugin called “Checkout Form” by ThemeHigh. It added on $757.84 worth of extra fees.

But through your plugin, it only charged them $22.14, yet I got charged $47.65 through stripe.

So what it is doing, is taking their subtotal plus shipping fee of $566.54 and charging 4% on that, but it is neglecting the extra fees of $757 in that calculation. So now I am out $25.51.

Can we solve this?
