Credit Card callback to process order does not work

I made a purchase and chose the Paypal option as the payment method and opened the paypal page to make the payment. So after making the payment I had to select the “back to merchant page” button, I did that and went back to the site and it worked. The order was processed (both customer and we received confirmation email). I would say it worked.
When the customer selects the payment by Referencia Multibanco, MbWay direct transfer also works!The problem lies is when the customer selects credit card payment.
After contacting WooCommerce directly, they said the following:
`As far as I understand, you encountered issues between the IfThenPay payment gateway and WooCommerce. Is that right?
If so, then have you confirmed that the issue is resolved when you use a different payment gateway?
If it is, then this confirms the IfThenPay gateway is conflicting with your theme, or another plugin. This is something the developers of the payment gateway can/should look into. Gateways that advertise WooCommerce support should handle their WooCommerce integration entirely — this is not something we can address on our side.`Therefore, the payment by credit card may be missing something in this regard. Where PayPal that comes out of the box with WooCommerce already processes the payment after being paid like MB and MBWay, it will have to be somewhere in the credit card option.
