    Hi,

    I am trying change my credit card information from the WC Shipping option from WC Settings. I have changed my credit card by adding the new one by logging into the www.remarpro.com and deleted the old one from there. But the issue is I am not getting the information of newly card added on my WC settings, it is still showing me the old credit card. Also there is no option to uncheck the already selected credit card from WC settings.

    Please help me out on this one, your prompt reply will be highly appreciated.

    Hello,

    I?understand you changed the card information to process shipping labels.

    May I ask, can you clear the site cache? And can you go to WooCommerce > status > tools > clear transients? And clear the transients on your site.

    Is the error still present after that? Let us know how that goes.

    Sorry about the late reply, I tried the case after clearing the site cache and also by clearing the transients as well. I am still getting the old credit card information in the WC Shipping options.

    Can you please attach the following?

    • A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use Snipboard.
    • A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

    I’ve checked the Fatal Error files as well and there is no error found in that file regarding the WC Shipping plugin. Please check the upper provided things and please provide me a solution so I can able to move my things properly.

    Your site is not connected to WooCommerce.com, you can start by checking this guide on how to do so.

    If you still encounter issues using the new card even after connecting then please open a ticket from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support.

    Make sure to include a link to this thread so we know what has been done already.
