Creatives & Lazy Load

I have tried to use a creative, but there seems to be a problem with the code that is generated. This is what I end up with –

All that appears on the web page is a small blue dot. However if I strip the code down to –
<a data-wpel-link="internal"><img src="https://www.ukdrivingskills.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2023/02/UK-Driving-Skills.jpg" alt="UK Driving Skills"></a>
Then the creative appears as it’s supposed to be. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the creative below and the small blue dot above it which is what shows when the generated code is used. How do I get around this as I cannot actually change the code that the affiliate picks up?
