Creative Link not clickable

    When I setup a new Creatives for the affiliate, the link nor the photo is clickable and it shows the long string text of the photos URL location. How can I make the link clickable from the cell phone?

    I’m not entirely sure I understand what is happening with the creative. Can you please share a screenshot so I can better understand what the issue is?

    Is the creative only for the affiliate to share on their website? It’s not an actual clickable link, right?

    Hey @toristallion,

    Creatives are for affiliates to add to their website or to embed in their emails.

    For creatives of type “image” and “text”, the image and text is clickable. When an affiliate adds the creative to their website, a visitor should be able to click the image or text and be redirected to your website. In essence, the creative is a nicer representation of the affiliate’s referral link.

    If you’ve tried to click the creative from your website’s affiliate account, this won’t be clickable.
