  • Hi Perry, How did you set the “redirect to profile”? Do you mean you are facing issue when a guest user submits a ticket through wsdesk support forum?

    I’ve set the user “redirect to profile” in “Edit user roles”.

    After registration, the user profile page is not created automatically and when the user is redirected to the page, post registration, an error message is displayed “page not found”.

    I’m using the basic (free) version.

    Could you please advise accordingly?

    This issue happens when a new user registers or after a user logs in.

    Hi Perry, User Profile creation is handled by WordPress. As per my understanding, you are facing the issue when a new user is getting registered on your wordpress site. This issue is not directly related to WSDesk. Please correct me if I am wrong.
    Sharing few screenshots (user registration page, page not found page, redirect to profile settings page, etc.) about the issue will help.
