    Is it possible to set shipping for new subscribers at 4.90 and for those who are already with us within Germany 2.90 and outside Germany (but within Europe) 6€?

    I’d recommend taking a look at the Conditional Shipping and Payments extension, linked here.

    With it, you can limit shipping and payment options to specific customers and customer roles, such as membership holders or wholesale customers.
