Creation of Label not possibel

    Hi There,

    since yesterday i cannot create any labels in the wc order management. it worked for a very long time perfect. i did not make any changes in the system. i am using this, connected to the german dhl “backend”. when i press the “create label” in german ” dhl label erzeugen” it endless tries to generate but it is not working. no error message.

    sorry i do not understand, i tried it just a second ago and several times in the last 3 hours. if you need a logfile or something i need pls very easy instructions on how to get and send that. thanks!

    can you go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    then choose the latest dhl and send it to the email

    Now it works, I found a way to update. These interruptions should not happen. But your reaction and bug fixing was simply great. Thanks a million!
