Creating .xml file but cant open

    Hello first thank you for creating this amazing plugin.

    I have set everything correctly, links are generated and when i click i see everything properly.

    But when i generate sitemap xml file, then i click on the xml link, i see 404 page. Why is that? I can see green notification that says “Success https://xxxxx.com/mpg_cities.xml”

    but when i go to https://xxxxx.com/mpg_cities.xml, 404 page opens.

    Can you help me with this issue?

    Thank you for answer but i have no any problem with pages. They all work as listed.

    My problem is, as i said earlier: Sitemap gets created but i can not view the sitemap.xml. When i click created sitemap link in the MPG settings menu i see a 404 page.

    Hi @akeskin,

    I’m sorry for the delay.

    Can you share exact URL of the sitemap with your domain so we can check it?
    Also, in your main directory of the website physical sitemap.xml file should be placed, please check if it’s created there.

    Hello, i found the solution. Its because domain names were diferent in wordpress dashboard. I made them exactly the same then the problem was solved.
