Creating Users through Sales Force

The Request may seem odd or complicated, but I will explain it to the best of my abilities.
Someone I know wants to have users register through Sales Force and then for them to have accounts on their wordpress site when and only when they are approved through sales force.
Does anyone know how this could possibly be done?
