Creating text area under circles

Hello everyone,

Sorry for asking so many questions:) Pretty new here.

I’ve created custom circles on my Home page which are reflecting the Pages. Now I do not have posts on my Home page and they do no appear there.

I would like to add an image slider right under the circles ( https://snag.gy/vACKL.jpg). So the question is – how do I do it? The slider gives me just the shortcode.
