Creating TAG LIST on single event page

Is it possible on the single event page to include a list of tags used in that event?
The website involved is https://www.doctorwhoconventions.info (in development). Each event (a convention) has numerous guests, which we’re identifying with tags.
Currently we’re manually creating a list to put on the pages, but a self generated, self formatted one would be much better.

As a side, I noticed in the settings, a command to pull up “image affiliated with the tag (if available)”. But I see no area where you can connect an image to a tag. Ideally, if part one of this works, I’d also like to include an image, but that is certainly optional.
