Creating sortable tables in WordPress, need help…

We’re using the “show_ui” parameter to generate tables to display our plugins data but we’d like to incorporate the ability for users to re-order these rows by drag-n-drop. However, we’re finding this very difficult as the show_ui API is challenging to understand. Can anyone help? Suggest a plugin that already has this feature possibly?
