    my website is mcqsduniya.in

    I have created around 140 quizes with the quiz maker plugin. it was working extremely fine. But since last two days i am facing problem to add questions in the quiz. I have created quiz but could not able to add questions in the quiz. After selecting questions only loading screen is appearing.
    Please help.

    Thank you for the topic.

    We have checked your site and noticed that everything works fine in this regard on our end.
    Most presumably, there is a JavaScript or PHP error that occurred for you.
    The issue may not be connected with our plugin and the conflict may arise with another plugin.

    First of all and most importantly, you can make a DB Backup (you can use Updraft Plus).

    Besides this, you can install the Query Monitor plugin, which will show all the possible errors you can come acro

    To check the problem, you need to open the browser console with F12.
    Then, after clicking on the Add Question, the error will be displayed for you.
    Please take the screenshot of the error and send it to us so that we can check and understand the issue more correctly.

    Besides this, please let us know the PHP version you are currently using.

    In continuation to the above message, I have uninstalled and reinstalled Quiz maker plugin & restored database from the backup taken with updraft plus backup.

    Still the problem is same. Screenshot is given in the link Screenshot

    Please help.

    Thank you for your response.

    We have checked your site and the screenshot you have provided us with and noticed that you have the 500 status and Elementor plugin installed, displayed in your screenshot. However, we don’t know for sure whether you are using the Elementor PRO or not.

    I would like to mention that we have faced the same case in recent days, and the issue was connected with the Elementor PRO.
    Also, most presumably, you are using PHP 8.0.0 or a higher version.

    Please, first of all, make a DB backup for your safety (you can use Updraft Plus).
    Then update their plugin if there is a newer version, if not, downgrade your PHP version to, for instance, 7.3.30.

    Then, please check it again and let us know whether the issue persists or not for you.
