Creating Posts Templates

  • Hi! Is it possible to create custom templates for posts in Deejay theme? I saw a method to add add_theme_support( 'block-templates' ); to the functions.php of the theme, but should I do that or is there already option to do so?

    It would be beneficial to our clients so that they can create posts with consistent look.

    Hi!
    I have not had the time to update and test the theme to use templates.

    I did create a small plugin that enables this theme support, if you want to test it yourself without changing any code in the theme or child theme:

    The theme is a bit old, and I am considering recreating it with all full site editing features and not only the templates.
