Creating Post Forms + Catgories

Hi,

I am looking to create several ‘create post’ forms. Each form is for a different category type.

I have set up the forms but all category options show. I want to only show one category option on each form or ideally if they fill in a specific form, it is automatically posted in a specific category.

Is there a way to set this up without coding knowledge? – I’m struggling to find a solution without giving access to the back-end.
