Creating player profile pages

Hi,

this could be a stupid question but anyway,

i need to create pages/profiles about the players which my site is about. so i need static pages which are not shown on the main page one by one. how can i do that? is there a plug in for that?

and when a person clicks players button on the menu and all pictures of profile pages will be shown.(i dont want the titles but the pictures.) how can i do that?

and last thing if i could achieve above, when i post a blog which includes that players, i want to be shown the players profile page at the side of blog post. how?
