Creating pages for a specific country

Hello,

Is it possible to add a text box to the ‘Post a Job’ form that would be compulsory to complete the form, that forces the user(job poster) to select a country?

For example UK, US, CANADA, INDIA.

I want my website to include the 4 pages above that would only display the jobs listed in that country. I have successfully completed it for location, which is optional when completing a ‘post a job’ form by creating a page with the shortcode location=”New York” for a US page. But I would like the job poster to be forced to select a country so I can create the country-specific pages?
