Creating pages as not published until the certain date

Would it be possible, in future versions, to have an ability to share a page (not draft) and make it public (so to activate changes to the page when ready to publish) without creating a separate page than copy and past content into the correct page that is already linked from somewhere. Also, would we be able to send the link for preview to other team members? Cannot do that as draft either. Or at least to be able to publish the page on the specific date with changes applied, but not as a draft. Just something that people I am working with are having a lots of issues. I add pages but they add content later on and they want them published on a specific date but sometimes they want to preview the pages before they go live. Please advise.
