Creating package fail

    Can you help me with an issue?
    The plugin scans and show several warnings
    Caption of the scan warnings

    In others websites I just accept these warnings and I get the package done, but in this one, after some minutes “Creating the package” I just get a blank screen, no errors, no menus…
    If I create a package only with the database everything goes ok.
    I tried to install the Development Version, but apparently it not available any longer.
    Any suggestion?

    You might want to check the package log or even the php error_log to see if there are any clues. If you filter out some larger directories, does that help?

    Thanks for your quick response.
    I’ve checked the package log and I don’t see anything strange, what kind of things should I be looking for?

    I’ve filtered some large files but it doesn’t change, the fail still occurs.

    I’m lost

    I am experiencing the same issue as @tierralandia. Was there ever a fix to this? Log files don’t show anything either.

    Hey @kgilmur,

    If you can give the developer version a try it may have the updates for your issue. The very latest version (1.2.9) can be found by following these instructions:

    -> Download Latest Version
    -> Uninstall your current version and install this one on a test site.

    On the scanner interface check to make sure there are not large files or invalid names.
