Creating or selecting a 1 col footer, and adding widgets under in Twenty Eleven

Hi every one,

I’ve been reading the codex for hours/days, but can’t find an answer to this.

I have a Child Theme and have created stye/functions etc. php and css files within it. I have added code to keep the images in the footer widgets inline, remove borders etc.

My client would like all the logos – image widgets – in a line at the bottom of the page i.e. in the footer, and I’d like to push the copyright and credits down below them.

It seems I need a single column footer, with another below it.

Seems like an easy task, but I can’t seem to work it out alone. Hopefully one of the talented volunteers on here has done this before and can help. Here’s a link to the site I’m working on: https://anchoragebusinessinsurance.co.nz/
