    Hello,
    Apologies: I’m not very knowledgeable about website creation.
    I’m trying to set up an existing Association website with some private areas accessible only to Association members. I’ve used User Menus to create a Login tab, and to set some pages and menu items as private.
    I now need to give the members access to the site as Subscribers, and used your plugin to import the members. Importing new members, and deleting cancelled members, is something I’l need to do every year. I was hoping to find an easy solution.
    The problem is, in the tests I’ve carried out, I can’t get access to the site. Each time I use the link sent by the plugin to one of my three Test Members, WordPress answers with a ‘! User does not exist’. I’ve tried various combinations.
    Am I doing something wrong, or do I still need to send individual User Invitations from the website to each member? Thanks.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    This plugin do not manage anything about page access restrictions.

    With respect to user creation, this is simple. Create a CSV with one user. Upload. Check if the user is uploaded.

    If there are problems, solved them. If not, proceed with all the list.

    Thanks for the reply, Javier. I was probably not clear in my question.

    I use User Menus for private access – so, that’s not a problem – but the private members need to be Subscribers. My problem is how to send out an invite to all these people to join as Subscribers. I was hoping your app can do that.

    I can successfully upload a csv list of names to the website using your app – but if I try to access the site using information from the Mail option in your app, WordPress tells me ‘User does not exist’ although they do appear in the Subscribers list after I’ve imported them.

    I’ve tested various Mail options from your app, but none worked. Perhaps I’m not configuring the Mail option correctly, or is it not possible to give them access using your app? Do I still have to invite each member individually to become a Subscriber using the WordPress User Invite function? (I’m using WordPress.com)

    @kittaroos,

    Yes… you can give them access to this plugin in many ways.

    You can send a email with user info (including password) when you upload it.

    I cannot understand your question really well but surely this is a solution for you.
