Creating new ticket on new installation just popsup a notice [object Object]

    just installed, and when creating a new ticket the system creates a small notification box in the browser that just says

    [object Object]

    Also getting an error on Admin Dashboard page “Tickets”

    Hello @thisisnotmyusername,

    Thanks for contacting us. I hope you are doing well.

    For the Object Object error, if your ticket form does not have subject or description fields then please add the default value for them.

    Please follow the below steps:

    1. Go to Support > Custom Fields > Ticket Fields
    2. Edit Subject and enter a default value
    3. Do the same for the Description field

    To fix the another issue, make sure you have added yourself as support agent at Support > Support Agents > Agents > Add New > Add Yourself.
