Creating new Package: Permissions Fail (unknown Path to track)

    Hello ,

    I am having some problem with Duplicator when Creating new Package ,

    Error Details :

    Permissions Fail

    Required Paths

    Fail [/hermes/bosnaweb14a/b1854/ipg.jilventurescom/]

    I have already discussed about this Path Permission issue with my ipage hosting , they are trying to solve this but still no solution…..

    If anyone can explain to me how to give permission to this Specific path and what actually is this path referring to ?
