Creating menus top right

I want to make menus like this user has on the top right: https://www.paulrstafford.com/
“Blog, film, writing…”
I’ve experimented with the customizer/menu settings but can only figure out how to make social menus at the bottom or change the menus in the pop out menu on the top right. Here’s my blog: meganmartinphotoblog.com
I’d prefer not to have the pop out menu at all and just pages on the top like the sample above.
