Creating list of past events for Month and Day but not Year

I’m trying to create a on this day in history feature…can this plugin do that? Specifically looking to output events based on a certain month and day, but not restricted to a year (i.e. OCT 16th)…
On this Day – OCT 16th:
Can the plugin do this? either free or pro version?
