Creating International Call Rates page (sort and predictive search)

Hello forum,
I’m trying to create International Call Rates page where I can insert call rates for every country in the world. On that page, there should be only a list of all countries with two kinds of sort:
1. Predictive search for countries only
2. A-Z sort of countries (when clicked on one letter, show only countries that start with that letter)

And when I click on the country for which i want to see call rates for, there should be a new page, or popup window with call rates for that country in this format:
Sierra Leone
Africell 0.34
Airtel 0.32
Comium 0.35
Sierratel 0.25
Smart 0.31

Is there any plugin, or group of plugins that could help me do this?

I tried it doing it with posts (one country is one post), but I can’t find any predictive search that works for posts.

Please help, i need help ASAP.
