Hello, i notice for option to create Google Analytics with the plugin via API through my WordPress site.
But it not set up all the option.

    What is better to do?

    Manual via:
    https://analytics.google.com/

or better to do it via your plugin?
got confused beacuse the plugin not approve all the options you have in manual.

Be happy for help what is the best way.
and if it better to open it via your plugin.

I open a request in your git as well:

    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/7401

Be happy to know what is the best method.

Its look like your plugin is the “best practice” to open GA4 (It open it with API)

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello @123nadav thanks for getting in touch. You can choose to create a GA4 property both manually and through Site Kit as you have highlighted here. Which option to choose is entirely up to you and your preference.

If you are using the Site Kit plugin I would recommend allowing Site Kit to create your GA4 property for you as it can do this as part of the Analytics module setup.

You can also create a GA4 property manually from your Analytics account as you have rightly pointed out. This property will then be available to select when connecting the Analytics module in Site Kit.

To summarise, both options available to you will work but using Site Kit will eliminate the need to manually create the GA4 property. I hope this helps to answer your question but please let me know if there is anything else I can help with?

@123nadav As mentioned above, both options will work with Site Kit. However if you have the plugin installed then Site Kit can manage the GA4 property creation for you which eliminates the need to do this manually.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

@123nadav If you are using Google Site Kit then I recommend using Site Kit to create the GA4 properties for you.
