Creating forms with Lightbox

    I have ChimpMate and am wanting to set up a popup subscription modal with MailChimp. When I go to the Lightbox settings all I see is “Custom Form” with one form. Do I add fields to this in WordPress or do I go through MailChimp? I looked through MailChimp but did not see find a corresponding Custom Forms options.

    Hi,

    You have an edit button against your form. When you click it, chimpmate will fetch all fields configured in MailChimp. you can add them induvidually using the interface.
