Creating Dynamic Folders

    Is there a way to create dynamic folders? In my case I want dynamic folders of categories under various folders. Each set of several categories will have their own parent folder instead of all being under Dynamic Folders > Categories > [Dynamic Folders by Categories]. The current dynamic folders cannot be dragged out into a new parent folder. This is very hard to organise when you start to have a lot of categories.

    Hi @xenoscrewz,

    I’m afraid dynamic folders are read-only and can’t be organized like other folders due to their dynamic nature.

    That said, you can use the wicked_folders_get_folders filter (located in `class-wicked-folders.php’) to alter the folder hierarchy. So, depending on what you’re trying to accomplish, you may be able to use that filter to organize the folders the way you want.

    Thanks for the reply. I’ve solved my problem with another method. Don’t worry though, still using wicked folders. It would definitely be nice if we could get Creating/Moving Dynamic folders as a feature in the future.
