creating download doesn’t work

    Hello, I’ve noticed that I can’t create new dowloads anymore, when I add a file in the Downloadable files/versions section and click publish the files/verions section is empty after reloading the page. Then when I click on create new download the files/versions sections is already showing the file I tried to add before, but when I click publish the file section is emppty again. It like a vicious cycle.

    What could be wrong?

    Everything is up to date

    This seems strange. Would it be possible for you to disable all other plugins and test again?

    Tried deactivating most plugins, especially the newest ones I had installed just before this error occurred. No change every time I want to add a new download there are now two files in the downloadable files/version section.

    When I remove those files and add a new one and click publish, the files section stays empty.

    Are you using any translation or backup plugins? For testing, the best way is to disable every single plugin except ours. This makes it easy to find which plugin is causing conflict.

    It looks like I’ve found the culprit plugin it’s called PublishPress Permissions, I’ve contacted their support, have to wait now.

    So I got this reply from the creators of the plugin PublishPermission:

    Unfortunately, I tested that plugin and it doesn’t appear to support normal WordPress revisions.

    That means it’s unlikely to support PublishPress Revisions.

    Yes, that is correct. Our plugin does not support revisions.
