Hi Trenton –
So sorry about the issues here… I thought I took care of this bug in a previous version of Leadin but it looks like I missed a few of the empty object warnings. I’ll try to fix the rest of these this week and will get a fix out this week. Thank you for the bug report and the content from the error. That really helps us get to the root of the issue quickly.
As for the contacts list staying blank, do you mind sending support@leadin.com a link to your form so I can take a look? We try to seamlessly work with as many form plugins as possible, but given the infinite variations between our user’s WordPress servers with all the different PHP, MySQL and WordPress versions along with a nearly infinite amount of plugin combinations that could be installed we run into issues from time to time.
Up until a couple weeks ago our entire team was two people, myself and one other person, handling all the support, marketing, designing and coding for the plugin. It’s been admittedly tough to built a 100% bullet-proof product while still handling the business-aspects of the product, but I can assure you we’re trying our best and sorry for the issues. We know that’s not an excuse though, and people expect products to work 100% of the time without any issues even if it’s free, so we recently brought on three more engineers who are much more technically skilled than the original team founders to really dive into making the backend of the plugin rock solid.
Thanks for your patience and letting us know about these issues in a nice way, even if that came in the form of a low-rated review. We really do appreciate the feedback and promise to get all the kinks in Leadin worked out soon.
