• I am getting this error: Creating default object from empty value in /homepages/46/d382184071/htdocs/app382202310/wp-admin/includes/post.php on line 475

Not sure how to fix or even where to start. I did a post last Thursday and have only logged in over the weekend to clean up spam. Tried to post tonight and I am no longer able to schedule the post or even save a draft of a post. When I click save draft it says I do not have permission to edit and instead of a schedule/publish option I have a button that says “Submit for Review”.

I am the blog owner and have no idea how to fix

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.
