Creating coupon based on taxonomy

Hi, I would like to create a coupon based on taxonomy, rather than on product category. For example, I have a taxonomy for a brand and I would like to create a coupon for one brand only. Products are scattered among different categories.

Ideally, I would like to narrow usage of coupon down to multiple taxonomies (let’s say brand and color) from particular category.

An example. We are selling hats. I would like to create a coupon that will be applied only to red hats (color is one taxonomy) from brand XYZ (second taxonomy) and only in winter collection (product category)

Is it possible?
