Creating child theme error

I am trying to install anew child theme for my responsive theme. I am using the plugin child theme configurator. Once I am about to create the child theme after hitting analyze, a message generates that read: (what does this mean, and if it’s a problem, how do I fix it?) also how to I get rid if the 3 yellow blocks at the bottom of my home page? Thx.
