Creating automatic update into table?

Is there a way to display a table on one page, and a submit form (maybe another page), and when user submits a form, the table will be automatically updated with added new information? Kind of like a task list. If user submits a task, the list gets updated with the added task.

I want to be able to display this on the front end of my website?
