Creating an RSS Feed for a Podcast

A few buddies and I are trying to figure out how to create an RSS feed for our podcast. We’d like to use it so we can upload our podcast onto iTunes. To be honest, we are completely lost and confused on how to do something like this. We currently have our own WordPress blog on wordpress.com.

I’ve heard you need to create your own blog on www.remarpro.com to get an RSS feed to work. But that involves a lot of coding that none of us know how to do. If someone could enlighten us on how to set up the entire thing correctly, or link us to an already answered question similar to this, it would be much appreciated.
