Creating an Organizational Strategy

Looking to leverage all the ‘Smart People’
I am putting a new site together and I have been trying many different strategies to set it up … At this point I am thoroughly confused.
Pretend I am putting a site together with the following:
I created a “Learning Center” for people to go to in order to learn.
In the Learning Center I offer:
Video Tutorials
Ebooks
Coaching Toolkits
Email LessonsIn the Video Tutorials section I have:
Tutorial Series One
Tutorial Series Two
Tutorial Series ThreeEach Tutorial Series has 15 to 20 Videos
In the Ebooks, Coaching Toolkits, and Email Lessons they all have the same subjects to cover, but are obviously different delivery paths.
They all cover:
Topic One
Topic Two
Topic ThreeI hope that all made sense. Like I said … I am talking myself in circles ??
I have looked at using Custom Post Types, Categories, Custom Fields, Tags, etc … I am just not sure the most efficient avenue.
What I am really looking for is a strategy to organize and deliver the above content. Got any ideas? If you have any questions or need clarification please let me know.
