Creating an opt-in widget that is linked to scheduler

    Hi there,
    I just started using Acuity Scheduler and I need to learn how to create an opt-in text widget for scheduling that is linked to Acuity. I have no idea how to do this or what coding/html to use in a text widget.

    I’ll try to give a visual description:

    On my front page, I have room to add a nice sized horizontal call to action opt-in.

    It would look like this: All horizontal

    TITLE OF WIDGET> Schedule a free 30-minute coaching consultation with me, complete the form below!

    BELOW> Three horizontal rectangle boxes >(input)NAME>(input)EMAIL>(click to submit)SCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT

    When clicked the person goes straight to my scheduling page.

    Would someone tell me how to do this. I want to learn how to do this myself before I hire out.
