Creating an attachment template

    Hello,
    I want to create an attachment template exclusively for attachments. Can you guys provide me where the location of that template should live, as well as the most basic code syntax I would need on an attachment.php file so I can see something on screen, that works with the Twenty Twenty One theme?

    Also do I have to place some php comment tag at the top of the page, for WordPress to register is as an attachment template?
