Creating an account, confirmation link going to wrong email

Can’t change the Username though, need a new account for that as far as I can tell. Trying to separate the business handle and my old user handle.

If you’d like to create a second account to have a different username, and you are not a plugin or theme developer, we can essentially facilitate a name change by deactivating the account of your choice. Just let us know. (If you do create a second account, are not a plugin or theme developer, and don’t let us know, we’ll just deactivate the first one we come across.)

Yeh that was basically what I was asking, but i think ill just leave it as is for now (1 account total, no changes needed). Thanks for your advice. It’s turning out to be a bit of a hassle to move some other services to a new email anyway.
