Creating accounts is not working

  • Hello all,

    I have a serious problem. I have installed woocommerce & set-up our webshop, but creating accounts is not working. This is what I’ve already done/checked:

    – WooCommerce ”account settings”: Everything is checked
    (Registration on ”checkout”, registration on ”my account” page, show returning customers login reminder, generate username from email, generate password).

    I also tried all other possible options (like only enabling registration at checkout, only on the ”my account” page, disabled automatic username & password generation, etc. and tried it over and over again –> without success).

    – Settings –> General –> ”Allow everyone to register” is enabled

    – I have disabled all plugins, one by one, but even after disabling all plugins.. still no success.

    I can’t create account anywhere, not on the ”my account” page, and not at ”checkout” either.

    – Checking out IS working
    – Loggin in IS working

    I have no clue how to solve this!

    Could someone help me? Did I overlook something?
