Creating a Woocommerce Order

  • Creating a WordPress user in itself (using the Create a user action) doesn’t appear to create a customer_id for the user out of the box, presumably because they haven’t made an order yet.

    I’m assuming yes, but just wanted to make sure that the Create Woocommerce order action would work even with a new user without that customer_id assigned? Sorry for the bother but I can’t check with the free plugin.

    Hey @greenstickca – thanks for your message!
    You ca surely create the order without the user having a customer id. I’m not quite sure how Woocommerce reacts afterward, but you will be able to update the customer id afterward as well using our default webhook actions such as update_post.
