• Hello,

I am currently working on a website for a company I began to work for not so long ago and have been getting to grips with WordPress as I am new to the whole system. The site had already been partially made when i joined and had user role editor plugin installed. I have been requested to have one user who can view the orders of all users on the WordPress site except the admin which is me. The company that will be viewing these orders owns all of the users as they are subsidiaries of this main company and they want to be able to see what there sites are ordering.

Under my custom capabilities there are many options, I have chosen: read private shop orders
    read private products
    read shop order
    read product

Also as a test I chose the role to be able to to see the contents of one other user, allowing me to see there products, I made an order on this user and then checked on my new user who I want to be able to see the orders and nothing shows under the recent order section. I am using woocommerce for my online shop if this helps.

Am i also right in assuming that my theme may be producing custom capabilities on user role editor.

If what i have posted does not make sense please let me know.

    Many Thanks Eagle
