Creating a twilio flow from a number

  • Hi,

    I read one of your users reviews and they were able to send the visitor submitted number to a twilio flow. How do I do that?

    Your plugin calls the visitor first, then connects them to an agent, correct?

    I need this done in reverse, I thought your plugin did that before I purchased it.

    This is what I need:
    User submits phone on wp front end –> Twilio calls Agent <say>Press 1 to be connected to User</say> –> Agent presses 1 –> Twilio connects agent to user

    Is that possible?

    Yes, the plugin can connect frontend users to any infrastructure you have assigned to your Twilio number, either it’s a flow, TwiML Bin etc.
    The plugin will initiate a conference and will call the user, if the user answers the call will be forwarded to your Twilio infrastructure where the agent, IVR etc will do the rest.
    Unfortunately it can’t do the reverse, that was never the scope of the plugin.
