Creating a Sitemap Page

I have a site that I’ve used the ‘Exclude Pages from Navigation’ plugin so that certain pages don’t show up in the main navigation menu (an option when creating or editing a Page), which is exactly what I wanted. But what I would like is to have those ‘hidden’ pages show up in a ‘sitemap’ page…is this possible?
