If you can get the right action hook that runs when a customer pays or registers for a plan, I could help you follow the instructions here https://automatorplugin.com/knowledge-base/create-a-custom-trigger-on-a-plugin-action-hook/ to still get to what you need.
I’ve also noted this down as a feature request and passed it on to our product team for evaluation.
We review the backlog with every release, and typically prioritize new feature development based on a combination of:
- user requests,
- how developer-friendly the product/vendor is,
- product growth rate
- and install base.
