Creating a quiz

  • Does anyone have a recommendation for easy ways to create a quiz on my WordPress site?

    I would like to turn this page into a quiz where user rate themselves on a scale of 1-10 and get a score at the end.

    Any ideas or direction would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
