Creating A Page Jump on The Same Post

Hello there, I was just wandering how do I create a page jump on the same post targeting a specific area of the post. My blog post url is: https://wellbehavedchild.com/wordpress/464. I want the post to jump from: discipling and jump to the words “discipline strategy”. Any help on how page jumps work, giving a breakdown of how they work would be of great help.
