Creating a new website…do I go through Network Admin or new account?

  • I have a WordPress account (obviously, i’m on it) and have being developing a blog on WordPress for the company i work for.
    They also have a live main website which was developed by another company and not developed using WordPress.
    I am now looking to create a new main website for the company which won’t go live until it is ready, at which point the domains will be switched over etc.

    My question is:
    Do I create my website through ‘Network Admin’, ‘Add New Site’ etc (which seems to only bring up the option of the blog website and then a sub name.
    Or do I create a new account with WordPress and go from there?

    A fairly simple question for most but I want to make sure I get it right and I am still new to web development and learning as I go.
